Donna g has been involved with CIUT 89.5 FM for almost 25 years. From being a member of the feminist collective ”By All Means” in the 90’s, to co-hosting the Caribbean-Filipino fusion show ”baba(eh) mama” in the early 2000’s to her present solo show, ”The More the Merrier.” donna g has made it her goal to bring film, theatre and arts-at-large coverage to the broadest possible audience.

Ravyn is a Tanzanian, Bermudian, Mohawk, 2Spirit, Queer and Transcendent empowerment storyteller. She is an abolitionist and co-founder of ILL NANA/DiverseCity Dance Company, a queer and trans multiracial dance company, a co-founder of Black Lives Matter Canada, a Canadian Best-Selling Author, and one of the 2021's Top 25 Women of Influence in Canada. I'm reunited with two women on the Canadian theatre scene, Tanisha Taitt and Abigail Whitney. Among her many accolades, Tanisha is the Artistic Director of Cahoots Theatre and the founder Stakes and Embers. We chat about what if feels like to have the last performance of A & E's 'A Question of Character' cancelled because of a snowstorm and Cahoots' upcoming production of 'Searching for Aimai' by Coleen Shirin MacPherson. Abigail and I talk about her role as Associate Director on the Tony Award-winning play Eureka Day directed by Mitchell Cushman for Coalmine Theatre.

I finish off the show with freelance illustrator Deena Pagliarello talking about how she started her career and what she continues to learn about her chosen field.
